To better serve our clients, the Service Desk provides a single point of contact for GeoBC applications and services. Experienced Client Support staff are available to respond to questions either by phone or email on approximately 140 resource sector applications. All queries are tracked and kept open until a satisfactory outcome has been reached. If front-line staff are not able to provide an immediate answer, the question is redirected to a knowledgeable person.
